Les cours s\u2019articulent autour de diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes. Que ce soit en lien avec les chakras, la vitalit\u00e9, la douceur, les principes du yoga ou m\u00eame de sa philosophie, les cours demeurent toujours accessibles pour tous puisque le pouvoir de chaque \u00catre humain est ici activ\u00e9 afin que chacun.e y trouve son propre confort, de fa\u00e7on optimale pour soi, maintenant. Essentiellement, les cours sont une \u00e9volution de pratapanas, asanas et pranayamas avec une connexion \u00e0 soi en ouverture et une m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
